Development and application of AI methods for HCM

My PhD project focuses on improving the performance of Large Language Models by mititgating hallucination and uncertainty. Moreover, leveraging advanced Explainable AI techniques, we aim at deepen their internal mechanisms and automatically enhance the input prompts. Vision Language Models will be explored similarly when applied to HR analytics understanding tasks.
